All rates are priced per room per night and based on two or four people sharing ( we do not offer breakfast services  )

All are inclusive of accommodation and VAT( No VAT registration since March 2024 ). Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a 100% per room deposit.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you are given a confirmation and the deposit has been paid.

For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the hotel’s bar. Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with Glenorchy Lodge LTD that you irrevocably authorize Glenorchy Lodge LTD to debit your credit or debit card (see ‘Deposits and Pre-payments’ below) for the amount of any shortfall.

For guests on bed and breakfast basis, the option to have dinner in our restaurant is UNAVAILABLE due staff shortages and change of business concept to ROOM ONLY ACCOMMODATION .

All rates are based on 2 or 4 persons sharing a twin/double/family room.

No children under age of 5 are allowed on the premises

The hotel offers modified facilities for guests with impaired mobility. Others, whilst not having special facilities, have mainly level access to public areas and accessible bathrooms. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with the hotel in advance that their requirements can be met.

Car parking is free at our hotel. Vehicles left in the hotel car park are left at the owners risk and the hotel cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles left in the vicinity of the hotel.

Arrival and Departure Hotel rooms are available from 16.00 hrs. on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 hrs on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager. If delayed and expecting to arrive later than 8pm please make us aware and let us know your expected time of arrival before the check in by sending email/message to the indicated number in your welcome message

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all parts of the hotel. It is an offence to do so by law. Should we find any evidence that this rule has been broken, you authorize us to debit your credit or debit card with a cleaning fee of £250

Prior to your departure from the hotel you will be required to settle your bill. On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid debit or credit card you used for booking the accommodation for the hotel. If you are settling your account in cash, you will be asked for a deposit to cover the cost of your room for your stay (and any extras which you may incur in the hotel will not be chargeable to your room account). Glenorchy Lodge LTD accepts all major credit cards, including MasterCard & Visa.

Guests are respectfully reminded that a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract. Due to the hotel’s small size and geographical location, we reserve the right to charge in full for any cancellation unless 3 days notice in writing is given, unless we can re-let the room.

Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in our terms and conditions is correct we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured at any time. Glenorchy Lodge LTD shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to attempt to exclude or limit the Hotel’s liability for the death or personal injury of any person caused by the negligence of the Hotel or its employees, servants or agents or to attempt to exclude or limit the Hotel’s liability in any manner which would be unlawful.
